Many hosts list cars they're still paying off, and Belo Rentals allows financed and leased vehicles — as long as your agreement permits rental use. This guide covers what to check before you list. It's general information, not legal advice.

Loan and lease contracts sometimes restrict commercial or rental use, and leases often cap annual mileage. Read your agreement and, if anything is unclear, ask your lender or lessor directly whether marketplace rental use is permitted before you list.

If you lease, rental miles count toward your allowance and overage fees can erode your earnings. Factor lease mileage into your pricing, mileage allowance, and whether long or unlimited-miles trips make sense for you.

As with any listing, you maintain your own insurance and must confirm it permits rental/marketplace use — Belo does not provide host insurance. Salvage and rebuilt titles are not accepted; there's currently no maximum vehicle age or mileage.
