Car Hosting Requirements in Massachusetts
Belo Rentals keeps requirements simple and focused on safety and eligibility. There is currently no maximum vehicle age or mileage limit. Financed and leased vehicles may apply as long as your agreement permits rental use. Salvage and rebuilt titles are not accepted. Your car must be registered, insured, inspected when required, safe, and clean.

The car must be mechanically safe, clean, and presentable for guests.
Vehicles that can apply
Owned, financed, and leased vehicles may apply. For financed or leased cars, you confirm your lender or lessor agreement permits rental/marketplace use. Salvage and rebuilt titles are not accepted. Single-vehicle owners, multi-vehicle owners, and dealerships are all welcome.
Your responsibilities
You maintain your own valid insurance and must confirm with your insurer that your policy permits rental/marketplace use — Belo Rentals does not provide host insurance. You're responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, accurate photos, and claims on self-managed listings.
Hosts maintain their own insurance and are responsible for claims. Belo Rentals does not provide host insurance or physical-damage protection.
