No host commission on your rate
You choose the price for your vehicle. When your vehicle is rented at that price, Belo Rentals pays you the full listed rental rate without deducting a host commission. You also receive the approved delivery, mileage, late-return, cleaning, smoking, cancellation, and refueling charges associated with your vehicle.
Belo Rentals may charge the renter a separate service fee. That customer fee is never taken from your listed rental price. Taxes and government-imposed charges are shown and accounted for separately.

Weekly Friday payouts
Eligible host payouts are initiated through Stripe by ACH direct deposit every Friday. The date funds arrive in the host's bank account may depend on Stripe processing times, the host's bank, account verification, disputes, refunds, and applicable payout holds.
Hosts complete Stripe identity and bank-account verification before receiving payouts.

You maintain your own insurance
Hosts are required to maintain their own valid vehicle insurance. Before listing a vehicle, the host must confirm with their insurer or licensed insurance agent that the policy permits the vehicle to be rented or shared through a vehicle marketplace. Belo Rentals does not provide hosts with an insurance policy, physical-damage reimbursement plan, or guarantee of claim coverage. Hosts remain responsible for their own insurance, claims, deductibles, losses, and policy compliance.

The vehicle must be legally registered, insured, inspected when required, safe, roadworthy, clean, and legally operable. Belo Rentals reserves the right to reject a vehicle for safety, mechanical, documentation, cleanliness, legal, insurance, fraud, or marketplace-suitability reasons.

Does Belo Rentals charge hosts a fee?
No. Belo Rentals does not charge a listing fee or a host commission on your listed rental rate.
How much of my listed price do I receive?
When your vehicle is rented at the price you set, you receive the full listed rental rate — Belo does not deduct a host commission. Belo may charge the renter a separate service fee, which is never taken from your rate.
Who sets my vehicle's price?
You do. You control your daily, weekly, and monthly prices, delivery fee, mileage allowance, and availability.
When and how do I get paid?
Eligible payouts are initiated through Stripe by ACH direct deposit every Friday. Arrival timing depends on Stripe, your bank, verification, and any refund/dispute/chargeback holds.
Can I list my vehicle on Turo and Belo Rentals?
Yes. You are responsible for keeping your calendars synchronized to prevent double bookings.
Is there a minimum availability requirement?
No. There is currently no minimum availability, minimum number of trips, or required price.
Can I list an older or high-mileage vehicle?
Yes. There is currently no maximum vehicle age or mileage. The vehicle must be safe, roadworthy, registered, and insured. Salvage and rebuilt titles are not accepted.
Can I list a financed or leased vehicle?
You may apply. You are responsible for confirming your financing or lease agreement permits rental activity.
Who is responsible for insurance and claims?
The host. Belo Rentals does not provide host insurance or physical-damage protection. You must confirm with your insurer that your policy permits marketplace rental use, and you handle claims involving your vehicle.
Who cleans, refuels, and maintains the vehicle?
The host, unless you enroll in an approved managed-hosting arrangement.
Can my vehicle be used for Uber, Lyft, or delivery?
No. Rideshare, taxi, for-hire, and food/package delivery uses are strictly prohibited.
Can I store my vehicle at Belo Rentals headquarters?
Headquarters storage may be available subject to approval, capacity, and a separate storage or management arrangement.
How quickly are applications reviewed?
Most complete applications receive an initial review within 24 hours. Approval is at Belo Rentals' discretion.
What documents are required?
A valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance.
Can Belo Rentals manage the vehicle for me?
Managed hosting may be available for qualifying vehicles through a separate written agreement.
How many vehicles may I list?
As many as you own or are legally authorized to list — single-vehicle owners and fleets are both welcome.
