How Car Hosting Works on Belo Rentals
Hosting a car on Belo Rentals is straightforward. You apply, list your vehicle at the price you choose, and manage your calendar. When a guest books, they e-sign the rental agreement online, you hand off the car, and eligible earnings are initiated by Stripe every Friday. Here's each step so you know exactly what to expect.

Submit your application, verify your documents and insurance, then set your daily, weekly, and monthly prices.
Booking & e-sign
Guests book at your price and e-sign the rental agreement online before pickup.
Handoff & payout
You hand off the car, then eligible earnings are initiated by Stripe ACH every Friday.
Step by step
1) Apply and acknowledge the insurance and responsibility terms. 2) Add your vehicle, photos, pricing, mileage allowance, and travel limits. 3) Approve bookings and communicate with guests. 4) Complete pickup with pre-trip photos, then the return with post-trip photos. 5) Receive eligible earnings via Friday Stripe ACH payouts.
What Belo handles vs. what you handle
Belo provides the marketplace, booking tools, e-signed agreements, and payouts. As a self-managed host you handle pricing, availability, guest communication, cleaning, refueling, maintenance, insurance, and claims. Managed hosting may be available for qualifying vehicles through a separate written agreement.
Hosts maintain their own insurance and are responsible for claims. Belo Rentals does not provide host insurance or physical-damage protection.
