How long-term billing works
For eligible long rentals, Belo can charge the renter on a recurring schedule (for example, weekly) using their saved payment method instead of one large upfront charge. This can make longer bookings easier for renters to commit to while your payouts continue to be initiated by Stripe on the regular Friday schedule.
Good candidates for long-term hosting
Reliable, well-maintained vehicles with generous or unlimited mileage suit long rentals. You set mileage allowances and travel limits. Insurance remains the host's responsibility — confirm your policy permits rental/marketplace use.
Hosts maintain their own insurance and are responsible for claims. Belo Rentals does not provide host insurance or physical-damage protection.
